
We are pleased to announce that we offer support for digitally signing documents across all available platforms.
For this we provide an integration with the OK!Sign platform.
How does it work
The platforms contain specific templates for digital signing. These are templates that we use to generate the reports and the documents.
The templates contain markers where the external party must draw. During the generation of the final document, we replace the markers in the document with drawing fields.
The platforms will then forward the document to OK!Sign for signature. From OK!Sign we get the location where the external party can sign the document.
The platforms provide support to automatically invite the external party via email to sign the document.
The moment the external party has signed the document, it will be included in your WAVEDESK environment and you will also receive the signed document by email. Optionally, additional actions can be automatically performed by the platform upon receipt of the signed document, such as changing the status of a project from prospect to approved project.
How to sign
A document can be legally signed in the following ways:
- EID card
- Text message
- Itsme
- Touch screen

Cost price
There is an additional cost to use this module in the WAVEDESK platforms. ADM-Concept, which is responsible for the support of the platforms, can charge a cost for configuring and setting up the link.
For digital signing, you must purchase the necessary credits directly from OK!Sign.
