The WAVEDESK CREDIT platform already makes it possible to automate a large part of your administration for credits.
Today we are announcing a new integration that will soon be available within your environment: an automatic link with Schat mijn huis for the application and processing of estimates.
How the integration works
The integration consists of 3 phases that are fully automatic on the basis of an integration via API’s.
The request for an estimate
The first step is to request the estimate. This action can be performed with 1 push of a button at the level of the properties within WAVEDESK CREDIT. You go to the property that is linked to the credit file in preparation and request an estimate.
At this time, the WAVEDESK platform will submit an estimate request. The contact details are forwarded as well as the location of the property to be estimated. You will automatically receive a confirmation that the application has been submitted and you can now follow up the estimate in your online environment.
When actions are taken by Schat mijn huis for the requested estimate, these actions are automatically visible. This way you get updates when the estimate is scheduled, executed, … All this nicely arranged chronologically.
Delivery of the estimate report
When the final estimate report is available, this document will automatically become available in PDF format and you will also receive a notification so that you are immediately aware of this.
The roll-out of this new functionality is planned for the coming weeks and is included in the standard subscription of WAVEDESK CREDIT.
