How many customers & intermediaries can access the portals?
There is no limit on the number. There is only a monthly subscription to pay per individual user of the back office module.
Can documents be linked?
At all levels it is possible to link documents, e-mails, ... There is no limitation on the number or size.
Can I centralize all my communication?
Yes, you can record all incoming communication in the platform and you have the option to email directly from the platform.
In which languages can I work & communicate?
The platform is fully available in Dutch, French and English. All templates for communication and intermediaries are also available in these 3 languages.
